Stop second-guessing, struggling for answers and torturing yourself about why she’s gone.
Look, I’m gonna keep it real.
She doesn’t value you, that’s why she bounced.
(Hey, don’t stress it too hard, we’ve all been there, that’s what being alive and growing is all about.)
Work through the pain and find yourself. This will take time but the results are worth the effort. Also, don’t ever forget that your breakup suffering is in direct proportion to how much of yourself you gave up to be with your ex.
That’s right. If you did your own thing but had her around to compliment your efforts, or for companionship, then you can step away relatively unscathed emotionally because she wasn’t your everything.
But if you’re like most guys and idolized her; then reinforced it by giving up your power and supplicating, your torment is excruciatingly acute.
Learn your lessons well and move forward with purpose. Vow to never be enslaved by anyone, or thing, ever again!
The dynamics that fuel breakups never change, but you can.
Put a premium on your value and manage relationships on your terms.
Later,
Gary
