You’re Not Ripped, You’re Fat!
Maybe you’ve notice this at your gym, maybe you haven’t.
But I have…
A lot of so-called muscled-up guys are carrying extra weight, betraying their “God’s gift” delusions and tough-guy posturing.
I’m not talking about a little spare fat that has guys thinking they’re big and hard. I’m seeing bloated and puffy bodies, pot bellies, and obesity masquerading as brawn.
Listen to me, if this you, you’re not brolic and ripped, or scaring anyone. In fact, people are laughing behind your back. Can’t you hear them? “Hey look, there’s the fat guy!”
Ask yourself, how has your life positively changed since putting on that extra 15 or 20 pounds of water weight, that you’re calling muscle?
Not much, right?
Women aren’t falling all over you; no business opportunities are magically appearing, are they?
Of course not.
Listen, a lean male body that’s muscular and symmetrical is attractive. Especially if you throw in a flat midsection, blasting your aesthetics and level of fitness into the health and wellness stratosphere.
Get your mind right and realize your true potential as a robust, in shape man.
Stop trying to be someone you’re not.
Respect yourself for who you are. Be resolute in your belief that you’re capable of realizing your full potential.
So give the protein powders and supplements a break, reduce your food portion sizes, and become a fit, high energy, success machine, ready to deal with the business of life.
Be who you were meant to be, which is the successful man you’ve always wanted to be.
Later,
Gary
